I Need to Change my Email or Mailing Address

Gift Orders

We are happy to gift wrap and send your gift directly to the recipient. We will also write your message by hand. We promise not to blast our company name on your wrapping paper or ribbon. We will not include any pricing information inside the box.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Once your order has been submitted, you must contact us as soon as you can to change or cancel your order. We ship quickly so you must move quickly too. Please double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We are not set up to ship internationally just yet. If you live overseas and really want to place an order, please contact us. We have not listed prices for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/AFO addresses but we will consider shipping outside the free shipping offer. Please contact us.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?

You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Do you accept rush orders?

We are happy to rush ordersĀ if we can. We stock most of our items although some of our larger items are shipped directly by the manufacturer. Every order will be different based on weight and size. Please contact us for information regarding rushing your shipment.

Does Sweetpea Toys exchange links with other reputable sites?

What if I find catalog or website errors?

Please, please let us know! We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.

What if my package has been damaged during shipment?

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed should be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier may result in denial of the claim.

What if my package is refused or undelivered?

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

Where is Sweetpea Toys located?

Sweetpea Toys is located in the small town of Lynden, Washington, the Evergreen state and two hours north of Seattle.

How do I provide general feedback?

We would love to hear from you! In fact, we are known to give out discount coupons to those who provide us with information on their experiences with our products. Email us at hello@sweetpeatoys.com

If you have a product you'd like us to carry, please let us know about it via email.

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

No. We will pay any and all sales tax on your behalf.

Why do you recommend paying with a credit card instead of a debit card online?

We recommend using a credit card when shopping online. First, credit cards will sometimes provide more security against Internet fraud. If you use a debit card and the charge is declined, your bank may hold those funds until the transaction is settled. There is nothing we can do about that. A credit card will avoid this kind of issue.

Can I refuse a shipment?

If you refuse a shipment from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.

Where are you located, and do you have a physical store?

Our office and warehouse are located in Lynden, Washington. We are primarily an internet company. This helps us keep our overhead low, pay for your taxes and pick-up some of the shipping costs. Anyone local may stop by to pick up an order placed online ahead.
