Return Policy

At Sweetpea Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.

1. Please contact us and advise your planned return within 60 days of original purchase. Returned items need to be in new condition.
   
2. We will take your information and send you a pre-paid return label for your items.
   
3. You need to carefully repack your items, including the packing receipt.
   
4. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo.
